Cute but definitely do not wear when training upper body or any form of upper body engagement including climbing, stretching, unless you like the bottom boob out lol. Also I as someone with broader shoulders I found the top to be quite tight on the shoulders.

I bought two more colours after owning one for a while. These are lovely. I feel so feminine and elegant in them. I wear them under of shoulder/boat neck tops and for pilates. Low support. Two things to note would be: Definitely size up they run small. And the straps will ride up above the shoulders if you raise your arms above your head.
